Should P.B.S Have a Cafeteria

Should Panmure Bridge School have a cafeteria

I believe that we should not have a cafeteria at Panmure Bridge School because. Cafeteria/tuck shops might be all yum with all the fat foods that they provide but do we look at the real question how much are students are eating in the tuck shop

Firstly, To be honest as a Year 6 student I believe that we should not have a cafeteria because. Children may not be allowed to eat the food in the cafeteria or the might be allergic to the food in the cafeteria say for example the oil in the food might be from pigs fat and students might to be allowed to eat or might be allergic to the pigs fat or they may not allowed to eat beef.

Secondly I believe that should not have a cafeteria because. Children can become obese and that’s not good at all. There may be healthy foods in the cafeteria but there may be junk foods in the cafeteria, did you know that 2003-2004 children and teens 2-19 years old were overweight. The students parents want them to be healthy.

Thirdly I believe that we should not have a cafeteria because. It would encourage students to steal money off other children. That would lead to fighting, theft and chaos and many more horrible disasters.  The parents would would get angry at the school from children stealing their child’s money that they gave to them.

Overall I feel strongly that we should not have a cafeteria children might be allergic to the food in the cafeteria,students can become obese and it can lead to theft those are my main reasons why we should not have a cafeteria. Do you think that we should have a cafeteria.

My Ideal Classroom

This is my ideal classroom. I love having an art room because if you get paint on the floor it won't matter. I love having a teacher room because it helps Miss Paton Miss Nichole or Mrs Kelly or an other teacher or student teacher who comes in and wants to help the student and go some where quiet.

Should homework be made compulsory?

Should homework be made compulsory? I believe that homework should be made compulsory.  As the only kid in my family I believe that it is good to get a good education. Also you take responsibility for your learning.

Firstly, I believe that homework should be made compulsory because.  Homework can help you to get to the national standard and it helps you in Asttle tests.  It helps you gain knowledge, it helps you with your education.  It teaches you new and different things, homework tests you on what you already know. You can improve and get better. Also you can take a tests even though you get some wrong you can take it home and practice.

Secondly, I believe that homework should be made compulsory because It gives a golden opportunity for parents to get involved in their child’s learning.  It builds relationships between the teacher and the parent.  Parents can see how their child is progressing at school and if you do your homework you can become intelligent and get a good career.  

Thirdly, I believe that homework should be compulsory because it helps you get a bright future.   There are many careers that you could have but I am not going to name all of them so I will just name a few here are some examples you could be a doctor, a lawyer, a musician, or a scientist and many more.  It also can keep you busy if you don’t have anything to do.

Overall I strongly feel that homework should be made compulsory.  Do you think that homework should be made compulsory?
