My Trip to Eastern Beach
Eastern Beach
It was a boiling hot summers day it felt like I was melting from the sun. It was on March 4th, 9:15 am. The whole school, parent helpers, teachers and student teachers went to Eastern Beach. We took three buses and when we left it was exciting. I could feel adrenaline rushing through my body.
When we finally got there, I was so excited that I could not wait to get off the bus. I could feel the wind in my face and hear the trees blowing. It was like I was on an island with palm trees swaying. We were walking to our picnic area. Once we put our bags down I could not wait to get out start playing so , the teachers set up volleyball.
People were playing, I was also, playing and I started by serving in volleyball. My team kept getting the ball over the net. So my team won. So I went over to room 5’s picnic area where I sat down and had a rest then they called it was, time for morning
tea and then after we had our morning tea we got to go swimming.
I took my goggles and once I got in there it was so cold I felt like I was frozen icicle but I kept on going, as I got deeper it got colder and colder and colder but I got used to it. it was spectacular when I looked under water I could see all of the seashells and I kept on swimming.
But sadly all of the seniors hqad to get out of the water so got my towel, I was shivering I felt like I was shivering with fear, so I dried off and then they, called it was lunchtime I was so hungry like a hungry tiger when I took out my brownie.
When I ate it was like a bunch of explosion of flavours dancing inside of my mouth. It was so delicious but I finished it and then I drinked my healthy juice, also my yogurt also I had my apple and then I finished my lunch. So we had one last time for a swim it still felt like I was in the antarctic but, then we finished so we walked across the, bridge and we got on the big long noisy bus once the bus took of every body started talking it was.
Like an airplane taking off so we got back to school and everybody had a fun day the part I loved the most was when I got have a swim I loved my day at the it was super fun.

My Freeze Fame
This is my group working on a freeze frame. Zeba is Emily explaining to Green peace that there is a whale in her pond. Me and Jharda'e are the parents standing by zeba. Yvette is the reporter wanting to know if there is whale in the pond. But Greenpeace was saying that there was no whale in her pond because whales know when there in the ocean and whales are big for ponds.
I am getting better at doing freeze frames because I can act out the picture really well.

My Story of Little Red Riding Hood
Once upon a time there was a sweet little beautiful girl whose name was Little Red Riding Hood. She lived with her mother a small cottage in Bunny Wood . Her grandmother was very sick, so her mother said “Little Red Riding Hood you must take this custard tart to your grandmother. Here put it in this basket,”said her mother.
“Remember to stick to the path and don’t talk to any strangers, here take your red coat” she said. “I will mother” answered Little Red Riding Hood. So she went. As she was skipping along she saw a wolf. So the wolf said “Where are you taking that basket?”.
“I am taking this basket of tarts to my Grandma” she answered.
‘She is very sick”. Do you want me to take that basket of tarts for you?” with a smirkish look on his face. “No I will be fine” answered Little Red Riding Hood. So the wolf ran to the grandmother’s house as fast as he could.
The wolf left as fast as he could. He took a shortcut to the Grandmother’s cottage. The wolf knocked on the door “who is it?”. As the wolf said in a high pitched voice, “It’s me Little Red Riding Hood”.
“Come in dear” with a calm voice so he came in.
The Grandma was so scared. Within a second the wolf gobbled her up and he put her clothes on. He hopped in her bed and he was waited for his prey. Ten minutes later Little Red Riding Hood arrived and knocked on the door. The wolf said in an old ladies voice “Come in”.
So she came in, then she said “what big ears you have”. “To all the better to hear you my dear” said the wolf. So Little Red Riding Hood said “my what big eyes you have”. “All the better see you with my dear” replied the wolf. “What big teeth you have”. The wolf replied “all the better to eat you with my dear”. Then the wolf jumped out of the bed.
The wolf tried to grab her but she ran around the cottage, she grabbed a wooden stick. Little Red Riding Hood smacked the wolf’s head and then she escaped. The wolf tried to chase her, lucky enough Little Red Riding Hood bumped into a woodchopper. He said “what is wrong?” .
Little Red Riding Hood said “a wolf is trying to eat me” then the wolf showed up. He looked so scared. The woodchopper chopped him in half and Granny got out. They all lived happily ever after.

My Personal Timeline Reflection
I found making a personal timeline hard because to remember all of the information.
I learnt how to split my timeline in half to know the middle of my year
I would definitely get more information next time.
